So much to say!

I’ve so much to rant these days, especially when all the ICAs (In course assessments) are knocking on our doors. The reason why is because only when the ICAs are here, then only I’d read my notes. And my reason for ranting is because;
SP’s NOTES SUCKS BIG TIME!
*Refers to Dr Pho’s Microbiology notes( powerpoint slides).
Firstly, its FULL of SPELLING MISTAKES. I swear on average, there’s at least ONE spelling mistake because up till now, we’ve studied like 4 to 5 chapters and every page I flip through, there are at least one mistake. Its so especially irritating when you’ve no bloody idea how to spell the word when there are so many different spelling for the words AND the tests are here( If I’m able to tell the lecturer that they themself spelt it wrong and so we studied it wrongly then its fine, but y’know its always not the case.). For instance, for the word Archaebacteria. Theres Archaebacteria and Archaeobacteria spelt in the notes. ( I’m not sure if there’s any 3rd or 4th different spelling!) Like, hello? This is an important word and one different letter in the spelling definitely makes the whole thing wrong y’know! And if I didn’t remember wrongly, in one page they spelt the two Archaeobacteria differently. Whats worst is, this is the powerpoint slides the lecturer use to teach us, I wonder if they’re too blind to notice the fuggin’ lot of spelling errors they make. and the more I read, the more it gets on my nerves. Theres spelling errors for words like STARS. They fuggin’ give us SATRS! Can’t they just bother to change? and I bet these notes are old enough to be monuments in the museum? So this is the way some of these lecturers teach. Oh wells.
Secondly, the organisation of the notes totally totally SUCKS. In one of the chapter, they showed a slide with a diagram of Pleomorphic bacterias first, and the explanation of Pleomorphic bacterias come at least 3-4 slides after that. Totally crap! So we’ll be having lots of question marks of wth is Pleomorphic then only after 3-4 slides of other unrelated information(to Pleomorphic), suddenly this slide with their explanation appears. This is only one bloody example I can cite for such organisation. Then, there are so many slides where the heading of the slides are so so wrong. Its fuggin’ hard to explain this, so if I’m able to get the slides through Blackboard, I’ll show it here. I’ma too lazy to type out the slide from the hardcopy just to elaborate how bad it is.
Obviously Tetrads shouldn’t be the heading for the whole slide right? The slide is all about definitions and uhm, the tetrads should be written like sarcinae and staphylococcus whaaat! !@#$%^&*(!
In conclusion, it really really is bad. I’d have been so lost if I were to just memorise by hard and not understanding the text. I got so fed up this noon because I was reading it for so mny fuggin’ and not getting anything into my brain. and of course I’m generalising and unfair if I were to say ALL of SP’s notes sucks. Well there are still some good ones with minimal spelling mistakes and I’m so grateful for that. [:
& escaping was my mood saviour. I gave up after I've been reading it for umpteen times but not getting anything in.
